Site blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a key detailing different sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
